Section 1

Introduction

Welcome to Lakitoto ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). Lakitoto is an online betting and live casino platform accessible at lakitoto.cam, operated under international online gaming licensing. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "Member", "Player") and Lakitoto governing all aspects of your access to and use of the Platform, including all features, games, promotional programmes, and customer support services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of location. However, they are specifically designed with Malaysian players in mind and contain references to Malaysian payment methods, currency (Malaysian Ringgit, MYR / RM), and local context where relevant.

Definitions

"Platform"

Refers to the Lakitoto website accessible at lakitoto.cam, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services made available through it, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other permitted interface.

"Account"

Refers to the unique registered profile created by a User on the Platform, through which all betting, gaming, depositing, withdrawing, and account management activities are conducted.

"User" / "Member" / "Player"

Any individual who has registered and been approved for an Account on the Platform. Use of these terms interchangeably throughout this document shall bear the same meaning.

"Bonus Funds"

Any credits, promotional amounts, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's account as part of a promotional offer, welcome package, or loyalty programme, as distinct from real money deposited by the User.

"Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover"

The number of times a User must bet through Bonus Funds before those funds — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. A wagering requirement of 10x on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,000 in qualifying bets before a withdrawal may be processed.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

The identity and age verification process required by our licensing obligations, through which Users must submit acceptable proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or account limits are elevated.

"Restricted Territories"

Jurisdictions from which registration and use of the Platform is prohibited under our licensing terms. Users accessing the Platform from Restricted Territories do so in breach of these Terms and are not eligible to claim winnings or bonuses.

"Intellectual Property"

All trademarks, service marks, logos, brand names, software, game content, design elements, written copy, and other materials owned by or licensed to Lakitoto.

Section 3

Account Eligibility

Registering and maintaining an Account on the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met on an ongoing basis:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. Lakitoto enforces a strict 21+ policy consistent with international online gaming licensing standards. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You may not register if you are subject to legal guardianship or any court order restricting your ability to enter contracts.
3. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active Account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — are strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated funds may be forfeited.
4. Own Identity: You must register using your own true and complete identity. Registering on behalf of another person, using fictitious names, or providing false identification documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
5. Not a Politically Exposed Person: You confirm that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) as defined under international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards, unless you have disclosed this to us in advance and we have expressly approved your registration.
6. Not a Restricted Territory Resident: You confirm that you are not located in or a resident of a jurisdiction designated as a Restricted Territory under our licensing terms at the time of registration or at any subsequent time of use.
7. Not a Problem Gambler Under Self-Exclusion: You confirm that you are not currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion from any gambling platform or national gambling exclusion register, and that you are not seeking to use the Platform to evade an existing self-exclusion.

Section 4

Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You must create a secure, unique password for your Account and are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. Lakitoto will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication. If you believe your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify us immediately via live chat or email, and change your password without delay.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, or upon reaching certain account activity thresholds, Lakitoto will require you to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank account showing your name and account number).

Lakitoto reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed due to insufficient or fraudulent documentation may be permanently suspended and associated funds may be forfeited in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations.

Section 5

Terms of Use

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided to us is truthful, accurate, and not misleading;
• You are using only your own funds to deposit and bet, and those funds are not derived from illegal activities;
• You will not use any third-party software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users;
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit promotions or manipulate odds;
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered. The Platform does not guarantee any profit or return on any bet placed;
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any software or game content on the Platform;
• You accept that all game outcomes governed by certified random number generators (RNGs) are final, subject only to our dispute resolution process outlined in Section 8.

Section 6

Deposits & Withdrawals

Lakitoto supports a range of Malaysian-centric payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrency options including USDT and BTC. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are specified at the time of transaction on the Platform.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation, depending on your chosen method. Lakitoto accepts no liability for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network conditions beyond our control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that you have previously used for deposits and that has been verified under our KYC process. For fully verified accounts, most e-wallet and FPX withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to on-chain confirmation times.

We reserve the right to apply additional scrutiny to withdrawal requests where:

• The Account has not completed KYC verification;
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or irregular betting activity;
• The withdrawal would deplete Bonus Funds before wagering requirements have been satisfied;
• The Account is subject to an ongoing investigation or dispute.

Section 7

Bonus & Promotions Policy

Lakitoto offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free bets, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, as well as the following general rules:

• One promotion per player: Each promotion is available once per eligible Player, household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum bet during bonus wagering: While Bonus Funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or game is MYR 250 (or the MYR equivalent in other currencies), unless the specific promotion states a different limit. Bets placed in excess of this limit will not count toward wagering requirements, and the Platform reserves the right to void winnings derived from such bets.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games (including live dealer Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses are subject to an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of activation, as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unmet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings upon expiry.
• Maximum cash-out: Certain promotions, particularly free spin or no-deposit bonuses, impose a maximum cash-out cap on bonus-derived winnings. This cap will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Abuse: Lakitoto reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any bonus or promotional credit where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of the promotion through low-risk hedging strategies, or violation of the single-account rule.

Section 8

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type, as published in the Platform's betting rules documentation. The following general rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only once you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that have not received a confirmation number are not considered valid, regardless of any balance change you may observe.
• Lakitoto reserves the right to void any bet placed on events where the odds were materially incorrect due to technical error, pricing error, or manifest error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time due to match events, technical issues, or risk management decisions. Once suspended, in-play markets may not reopen.
• For live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger), game results as confirmed by the live dealer and the Platform's system are final. Any discrepancy between displayed results and audio commentary should be reported to support immediately. The Platform's system records take precedence.
• Disputes relating to bet outcomes must be submitted within 7 days of the event result being declared. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.
• Lakitoto reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts, maximum winnings, or market availability for any player at any time without notice, for risk management purposes.

Section 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or accessing the Platform through another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification or payment documents;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illicit source;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit promotional offers;
• Colluding with other players to exploit games or promotions;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors rather than reporting them to our support team;
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud — initiating disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits that have been legitimately wagered;
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour directed at Platform staff or other users;
• Any activity that Lakitoto, in its reasonable judgment, determines constitutes an attempt to defraud or harm the Platform or its user community.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Lakitoto brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, layout, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive property of Lakitoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

Third-party game content available on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and developers. Lakitoto does not claim ownership over third-party content and any use of such content outside the Platform is governed by the respective studio's own terms.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lakitoto and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or errors beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from bets placed in reliance on information displayed on the Platform that was affected by a technical error;
• Any action taken by us in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including Account suspension or fund withholding pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 12

Suspension & Termination

Lakitoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below);
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so;
• Your voluntary request to close your Account.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no deposit, no bet) for 12 or more consecutive months are classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of RM 50 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from dormant account balances. We will attempt to notify you by email before applying this fee. You may reactivate your Account at any time by logging in.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable fees or offsets) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Section 13

Responsible Gambling

Lakitoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment. We make the following responsible gaming tools available to all account holders free of charge:

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Internal Dispute Resolution: In the first instance, all disputes should be submitted to our customer support team via live chat or email. We commit to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days. Where a complaint relates to a bet outcome or account balance, you will be asked to provide your account ID, the relevant transaction or bet reference number, and a clear description of the issue.

Malaysian Users: Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under Malaysian law to the extent that those rights cannot lawfully be excluded. Malaysian users are reminded that they are responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling is lawful under applicable Malaysian legislation, including but not limited to the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953. Amendments to These Terms

Lakitoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the most recent revision will be clearly displayed at the top of this page. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect. Requests to close an Account in this context will be treated as a voluntary closure, and your real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
